Cleaning up some water damage here. Removed all the loose, peeling paint and replaced the failing tape. Had to skim and prime before sanding smooth and repainting. Not pictured here but we painted the whole wall and ceiling to make sure things look uniform. With a repair like this, touch up paint just doesn’t cut it!
